Our Kitchen

Our  chefs use local fresh produce with delights such as olive oil, goat cheese, milk, yoghurt, grape/carob syrup and honey.

We serve  traditional foods including cold starters called meze” cooked with olive oil, delicious local herbs,  tahini, sea food, home made pasta and deserts. Fruits, eggs and vegetables are picked fresh from our garden. You will also like a wide variety of home made jams made with local fruits like fig, orange, sandal wood and others at breakfast or any time of the day you want.
